Taylah Stewart joined St Andrew’s Grammar in 2020 as an English and Drama teacher. Just graduating from ECU with a Bachelor in Secondary Education, Taylah is eager to start her teaching career at the school. She is a past student as well, and has always wished to come back and teach at the school that ignited her passion for teaching.

She was the last student to complete ATAR Drama at St Andrew’s, and wants to help students find their passion for the subject as well. Taylah also wants to get her students excited about English and reading, and encourage them to challenge themselves creatively and analytically in the classroom.

Taylah approaches teaching by creating strong rapport with the children so everyone feels safe and respected in the class environment, and being adaptable in many situations. She always motivates her students to reach their goals and take risks when possible, allowing them to grow.
