Tasleem Edwards

Tasleem Edwards graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Education and has worked at St Andrew’s Grammar as a casual staff member since 2016. She is an experienced, enthusiastic and committed educator who is dedicated to providing an inclusive and differentiated curriculum that caters for the developmental needs of each individual child. Tasleem has taught at a variety of Independent and Private Primary School settings over the past 5 years as a Pre-Service teacher and as an Education Assistant.
Tasleem believes that it is essential to create a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive and safe for children to grow, learn and take risks. She confidently maximises children’s learning opportunities by implementing a variety of hands-on experiences, play based materials and problem-solving manipulatives.
Tasleem strongly aligns with observing, planning, conducting and evaluating each lesson to ensure for optimal learning. She desires to inspire children to develop a lifelong love of learning where they are able to set goals and strive for a high level of success and excellence.
