Sharon Voros is a passionate Early Childhood teacher and believes every child has the right to learn, to play, to be listened to, to be healthy and most importantly to feel safe.  She establishes an environment where children are actively involved in their own learning, where play provides an opportunity to develop critical and creative skills and where student’s ideas and interests are both valued and included in the learning that occurs. Sharon believes that health should be valued and encouraged by providing opportunities for children to develop healthy minds as well as healthy bodies. Sharon focuses on developing strong relationships with the students so they never feel alone, she develops behaviour management strategies to ensure the safety and social growth of her students so that they develop into reflective and empathetic individuals.

Sharon graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, she also has a Bachelor of Business Degree.
