Rhoda Falas
Year 2.1
Rhoda Falas is currently teaching Year 2 with more than 11 years teaching experience which includes three years working in the Early Learning Centre. Rhoda has taught in the Primary School, teaching from Years 2 to 4. She graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Education (Kindergarten to Year 7) degree.
Rhoda has a passion for teaching and believes it is important to encourage children to be independent and learn the skills and values needed for lifelong learning. Her main goal is to motivate students to do their best and extend their own personal limits. As an educator, Rhoda believes it is important to provide students with many opportunities for them to learn through exploration and play.
Rhoda’s holistic approach in the classroom is a reflection of herself, as she endeavours to embrace current literature and take part in exercise that promotes emotional well-being.
