Kelly Dwyer
Head of Teaching & Learning (Y7 - 12)
Kelly is a highly qualified and experienced teaching professional, with leadership experience across a broad range of sectors. She has worked at a number of leading Perth schools, as both an academic and pastoral leader and brings to St Andrew’s School a wealth of experience and a passion for ensuring that all students grow into amazing young people, ready to positively impact the community they are about to enter.
Kelly’s responsibilities encompass the academic leadership of the Senior School, its staff and students, as well as actively participating in shaping the future direction of the School as a whole. She is dedicated to ensuring that all students can access the curriculum in a way that provides success for each individual.
Kelly completed an Honours degree in Chemistry and initially worked in the mining industry, before retraining as a Secondary Teacher. She has completed an MBA (Curtin) and a Master in Education (Leadership and Management) at Notre Dame University. Kelly is skilled in classroom instruction, innovative pedagogy, strategic planning, and curriculum development, and is looking forward to providing students at St Andrew’s many pathways to success.
