Jason Tutty

Jason Tutty is an experienced educator with over twenty years of teaching experience in various educational settings. Prior to joining St Andrew’s Grammar in 2021, he worked for five years in the Catholic Education System in the Northern Territory as a Director of Curriculum and Pedagogy. He has also held academic and pastoral roles in management and leadership teams at high achieving English curriculum schools in North London and Kuala Lumpur.
Mr Tutty has extensive experience in implementing and leading excellent teaching practice across the whole school, with a focus on collaborative planning, visible learning, and evidence-based teaching. He is passionate about building collaborative processes that identify individual student’s needs and supports staff in planning and delivering lessons that enable each learner to make good progress. He holds a Master of Political Science, a Graduate Certificate in Theology, and a Certificate IV (VET) qualification in Teaching and Assessment.
Mr Tutty understands that strong partnerships between families, students, and teachers are vital for any successful college community. He prioritizes fostering positive and constructive relationships between all stakeholders to create an enjoyable and caring school environment.
