Physical Education, Sport and Daily Fitness

There is an emphasis on increasing the fitness levels of all students through regular early morning exercise, physical education and sport.037__1440730072_59.100.216.42

During morning fitness the students are involved in strenuous physical exercise at least twice a week. The gross motor skills of students are developed during Physical Education lessons. Sport sessions include swimming, soccer, football, netball, basketball, touch-rugby, athletics and cross-country running and provide the students with the opportunity to incorporate skills taught into a game situation. There is an extensive Interschool Sport programme that includes all of the sports listed above.
