Get the Facts on Coronavirus
Information about the coronavirus outbreak is spreading fast, but what do we actually know about the illness? In the video below, CBC News medical contributor and family physician Dr. Peter Lin breaks down the facts about what it is, where it came from, how it spreads and what you can do to protect yourself.
What a fantastic turnout to last week’s Perth Glory Academy Tryouts! More than 50 students applied and were put through their paces on our brand new re-turfed football pitch by our new coach Mr Hesford and the Perth Glory team. The feedback from this Perth glory talent identification team and coaches was very positive, sharing that the attitudes and some of the skills on show for the day were quite impressive.
After what has felt like a long week for some of our anxious students (and parents) selections have officially been sent out today to all those who attended the trials on Thursday.
To the 38 students who have successfully gained a place in our Perth Glory Academy teams, it gives us great pleasure to congratulate you on your selection and we look forward to you representing St. Andrew’s Grammar!
To those students who were unfortunately unsuccessful in their applications, we would encourage you to continue your football journey and continue to improve. Students are more than welcome to re-apply and try out again in future years.
This looks to be a very successful start to our long-term partnership with our prestigious partner Perth Glory!
